ProSchedule is a shift-planning platform for restaurants and multi-site chains. Schedules are built from your sales forecast, actual hours come from biometric clocks, and every paid hour is checked against how many people were really needed.
A time sheet only answers the first one: was the person at work. ProSchedule answers both — and shows where your payroll drifts away from what the business actually needed.
01
The hour was really worked
Clock-ins and clock-outs come straight from the biometric terminal — no manual entry, no padding. Every edit stays in the history with its author and comment and waits for a manager’s approval.
Terminal punches and manual edits are shown apart
Rounding and trimming to the store’s opening hours
Hard hour limits across all of an employee’s stores
Time sheets are approved level by level, by role

The hour was really needed
Ideal staffing turns the sales forecast into a headcount for every position. The standard accounts for the restaurant concept, sales channels and peak hours — so delivery assembly scales with delivery orders, and the counter with dine-in and takeaway.
A “sales → people” ladder for every position
Positions and standards per concept: restaurant, food court
Order channels: dine-in, takeaway, delivery, aggregators

The “Fact vs Ideal deployment” view compares the hours and labor cost you actually paid with the standard at actual sales. Overspend shows up at once — for crew and managers separately, for every store and week.

Schedules are checked before your team ever sees them
Every week is compared with ideal staffing: hours, non-customer hours, SPMH, TPLH, IPLH and accuracy. A week can be sent for approval only when every open day clears the minimum accuracy.
Statuses: draft → submitted → approved
Approval and return to draft follow role permissions
The whole day at a glance: plan, actuals and match
The Shift page shows every employee: schedule, clock-in and clock-out, hours worked and deviations. On top — revenue, SPMH, TPLH, hours and how closely actuals match the plan.
Late arrivals and early leaves are highlighted

PPR · your people
A trained team in every store — and you see where it falls short
PPR is the monthly people review of your chain: certifications and who is cleared to work where, every employee’s statuses and development plan, and how full the structure is against the ideal — from the whole chain down to a single store.
Cleared to work — only with a valid certificate
Each certification gives access to positions or to roles and stays valid for a set period. Lock a position or a role behind a certification, and only employees who have completed the training — with a certificate still in force — can be placed there.

Every employee — with a status and a development plan
On the store page every employee has HR statuses, a comment for the month, planned actions and certifications. Actions with due dates and owners carry over to the next month until they are closed.
Your own HR statuses: talent pool, probation and more
Reports run on the same data as the schedule: plan, actuals and ideal staffing side by side — for the whole chain, a region or a single store.
